16.09.2026: Safe, Secure and Settled: Addressing Luxembourg’s Housing Pressures to Strengthen Talent Attraction and Retention

18:00 Uhr

Cercle Cité, Luxembourg Ville

Following our March discussion on Safety, Security & Talent, with H.E. Léon Gloden, Minister of Home Affairs, we will continue this important dialogue by focusing on one of the most pressing challenges facing the market today. We are honoured to welcome H.E. Claude Meisch, Minister of Housing and Spatial Planning, who will deliver the keynote address. This will be followed by a high-level panel discussion bringing together perspectives from government, business, relocation, and housing experts. Together, we will explore practical solutions around housing availability and affordability, rental and ownership pressures, employer-supported initiatives, and the policy measures needed to help international talent settle more quickly and remain long-term. This event will also examine the wider economic implications of Luxembourg’s housing constraints and the role that employers, institutions, and industry stakeholders can play in reinforcing the country’s competitiveness as a destination for global talent and their families.
